KC Willis and Collage Camp!

My DH paternal Grandmother on Christmas Day 1899
Wish I knew all the stories of this day, the Christmas Elizabeth received her bicycle.
My first retreat and I had a ball! Here are some pic's of my first retreat and all the supplies were provided with the class except the photograph which is my DH's paternal Grandmother, you can read all about it over on my Creative blog by clicking on the link Heartful Creations, needless to say I had a great time doing what I love most "Creating".  I love the vintage look of this piece and the fact that it is a actual relative from days gone by. Today I'm linking up with  Beverly of  How Sweet the Sound for the Pink Saturday gals ( I do see some pink here!) , Honey of Honey 2805,  Show and Tell Friday of A Romantic Home (a creation for my family room studio) and Debra for Vintage Inspiration Friday as this is definitely Vintage and now back to finishing my Collage book which was the Monday class. I plan on making some of these in a smaller size and in various styles for family holiday gifts so I guess I better get busy!  Have a great weekend and thank you all for your blog hops and a fun time!

Happy Pink Saturday Marilou Sweetie...
Oh my goodness what a beautiful retreat you had. Just look at this exquisite piece you have created with such love. A beautiful young girl (who just happens to be real family) and her bike. Can you imagine all of the places that bike actually took her? I am sure that bike was quite a treasure to have back then.

Thank you for sharing sweetie. I love seeing all of the beautiful creations you find coming from your artsy hands, they just flow with happiness. Country hugs and much love, Sherry

Oh wow, that is beautiful!!! What a fun craft!

If you haven’t done so already, I would like to invite you to participate in my weekend linkup. It involves anything related to homemaking: recipes, sewing, decorating, crafts, DIY, a story about what you did today, etc! There’s a button at the top of my sidebar you can grab to help you to remember to come back each week.

Marilou I was delighted you got my DICK & JANE Quiltie, & came to visit my MARLYNNE CREATES DAILY @ BLOGSPOT.com. Your blog speaks to the other side of my personality, Victorian. You do a beautiful job with your blog I am trying to get your button on my blog. I've got a lot to learn!

BEEYooTEEful!!!!!
Love that picture- and you didn't have to use an "instant relative"! (Is that what they call it when you make stuff from old pics of folks you don't know?)
Have a Sparkly Pink Sunday!
Sparkly Hugs,
Tobi and the Pixies!
