It has been a busy week and so today I took a little time out and visited a couple of the local Goodwill's to see if I could make any great discoveries and I did!! A nice suitcase from the 1960's and I remember that for sure as I owned one similar, this treasure was in great shape as the inside is beautiful, mint, with not a spot in it. I has one small ding on the outside and for the age I figured it wasn't bad. Now I can bring in the rest of my lace from the plastic storage that is in the garage and give it a better and handier home for sure in my recently cleaned up sewing room. This suitcase still has the keys hanging on it and the latches work perfectly. A mere $5.00, these little treasures are getting hard to find in great condition.
