Welcome to Pink Saturdays hosted by Beverly of "How Sweet the Sound Is". Click the Pink Saturday post on my sidebar to visit with all the other Pink participants or http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/pink-saturday/   I began this Pink Saturday Post as a continuous piece from last Saturdays Pink Saturday post so you could see my Granddaughter in her "Fancy Nancy" dress that I made for her. She wore it to the fair and since the weather was warm it was perfect timing. Next I included some Sewing items from my Sewing room and some lovely Pink roses from my garden for our enjoyment as the season is almost over for mine. I hope to have some lovely creations to post by summers end, including some Pinks. The holiday season will be upon us before we know it so I really need to get back to doing what I love most and that is creating.  It seems these days I spend quite a bit of time blogging which I love but I need to spend a little less time on perfecting my blogging skills and more on my skills of creating items "From my Heart to My Hands". I hope to be showcasing more on Heartful Creations, Etsy and Ebay! Happy Pink Saturday!

Hi Marilou, The dress you made your granddaughter is so precious and she looks like a little beauty in it. Wonderful gift to be able to make things for special people-a talent that has went to the wayside now that everyone just goes out to buy things. Happy PS!

Hi LuLu,

The dress fits her perfectly....very nice! I do know what you mean on the balancing act of blogging/creating. My crochet hooks and my journal of patterns have appeared so that must mean the end of summer is surely approaching! :0)

I love to crochet and have plans for selling some stuff form here on out. So the balance of creating to blogging has to be found.

Happy {PiNk} Day,
Stephanie ♥
