Tutu Cute Pinks for Pink Saturday!

 Happy Pink Saturday with my Tutu Cuties! I just just returned from the groomer with new haircuts  on the girls and they found they had a new bed! Yep, Santa came early to my little girls Roxy and Ruby with a very colorful bed.  They were feeling very sleepy I'm afraid so the the photo shoot was a quick one as I didn't want to put them through too much.  I found Pink Doggie Tutu's in the  $ 1  isle of Target and in Pink, I just couldn't resist!  Myself "The Elf" has been busy this week decorating for the holidays a bit at a time as not to overdue it  (bad shoulder) and I wanted to share some "Pink" for a change that was fun. Later this week, I'll share a few photos of the decorations. I have plenty and it was fun to get started. Pink Saturday "Thank You's" and Happy Thanksgiving!

With the coming of Thanksgiving and the many people that pass through our lives I'm thankful for my Blogging friends and Artists. There is Art in all of us , all we have to do is find the  thing that satisfies that creative outlet. I love to create many things and I'm happiest when doing so, from the simple to elaborate. That being said I'm in full support of all Artist, not with any particular style just for the love of Creating. I recently joined in a Swap that was hosted by the sweetest gal, Sandra for a Quiltie Swap which is a 4 x 6 quilted piece of Art. These are the Quilties I received, the first from the Hostess herself, Sandra Kaye, thank you Sandie! The second one was from a non-blogger Cheryl Preston from New York, thank you Cheryl and last but not least is from Marlynne of MC Creates Daily a new blogger  from Missouri and she makes darling  creations, like Santas and has some fun collections!

Then I  received a very sweet Thank You from a little gal on How Sweet the Sound ( Thank You sweet Beverly for hosting every week) Pink Saturday blog group that was in the need of fabric for a retirement home project, now mind you this little gal is Elizabeth and she is 12 years old, well that right there stole my heart so of course I started digging and sent her  box of fabric to help get her started. This is the handmade card and bow that was sent thanking me, now how sweet is that! Aren't bloggers the nicest people. Thank you Elizabeth, I can't wait to see your finished project. Happy Halloween and Pink Saturday (not pink) from all of us Pumpkins, Super Heroes and the Big Spidey too!  Here are the Halloween Party Highlights from last weekends Halloween event,  Yes... I can't believe that gigantic Spidey was above us in that pic as I'm a non spider kinda gal. My daughter the (mother of those 3 good reasons to post a late blog) had a Halloween Party for her children, their friends, parents and a few neighbors. The grand kids wanted me to attend and dress up too, so here I am in my Grandma Good Witch Gypsy attire with lots of jewelry, Good Witch T-shirt and gypsy skirt. I went knowing I looked ridiculous and they had fun. Everyone thought I looks liked the gal from Steel Magnolias. TTMF! Today I'm linking up with Beverly from How Sweet the Sound for their Showing of anything goes Halloween.

New Etsy Listings Finally! Some Pink, Some Autumn!

 Finally finished putting some new items in my Etsy Shoppe. Here are a few with Pink just in time to join Beverly's Pink Saturday's blog hop. Now today I'm featuring LaVoice over at her blog Memes Corner as she is the most wonderful and energetic lady I know. LaVoice is 82 years young and bloggin' until 100! Probably longer than that as this is what keeps you young, staying active and involved. Have a wonderful weekend and as usual I have a zillion things to do but I'll be by for a visit shortly.

Treasury Feature and Pink

A big Pink thank you goes to Deb of DragonFly Treasure for featuring this pink server in her Etsy treasury. My poor Etsy Shoppe is in sore need of stocking items. I will be soon. The painting is almost finished in my family room/studio and then the fun will begin! Putting things back, re-arranging and organizing to begin creating again. I can hardly wait. Hope to finish up and begin fresh in about a week. Sorry to be  bloggy drop out as in MIA but my friends but I had to get it done. This is the only way anything was going to get accomplished. Happy Weekend all of you precious peeps. yep the weekend is almost over and I have been MIA in the blogging world and not keeping up. Lets just call it a bloggy vacation but I have been at home on my Staycation having a great time over at the Gathering! There is only one more week and then back to reality, well sort of! I will say I have been having the "time of my life" learning many new creative avenues to keep exploring. This event has been TTMF and I wish it didn't have to end. I thought I better link up for a quick PS post with dear Beverly over at How Sweet the Sound for my regular post and I have almost run out of time. I have been burning the candle at both ends to learn and get as much accomplished as I can. Everything will be eventually posted on My Heartful Creations blog, so if interested you can check over there.  We just received a note from our dear hostess,  Christina Zinnia Galliher  and this holds true for me, in fact it totally applies and I quote from Zinnia's letter to all of us students,  Napoleon Hill "Effort only fully releases its rewards after a person refuses to quit". How true this is as there is one class I wasn't sure I would finish or manage to complete as it was most challenging to me. I'll post it on Heartful Creations this coming week and I will say for a "first" I surprised my self. Look forward to seeing you all soon!

Hi there Pink Saturday friends! Sorry I have been MIA, I'll get around to seeing you all soon, well after my artful Gathering classes are over as I'm having way too much fun. This is a practice page from one of the books where we are learning and trying out different techniques. This one I was a little carried away when playing with all my fibers but I had fun with it! I don't get to serious about all of this it is meant to be fun and I really don't expect to become a world famous artist! I hope all of you are having a great summer! Today I took two of my grandchildren to see the new Smurf movie and for ice cream. We all had a great time but I'm oh so tired and late in getting up my post.
