An easy method to prepare deviled eggs with easy clean up and really fun if you have a child helping with the preparation. Place cooked eggs yolks in a ziplock baggie. Seal, mash until they are all broken up, add remainder of the ingredients, reseal, mash again, mixing thoroughly, cut the tip off the baggie, squeeze mixture into egg white half and throw the empty baggie away when done, easy clean up!
