Happy PINK Saturday and thank you for visiting my blog! The dress is precious and I know your dgd will love it, what little girl wouldn't?! And that pin cushion is too cute! Did you make her? Love the Pitcher and basin. I remember my mom had a very large white set but I don't know what ever happened to it. So sad when family treasures vanish. Thanks for sharing and have a beautiful weekend, Nan

Beautiful powder box, Marilou. That's a treasure. I collect vintage powder containers or tins. I have a 1930's deco one by DuBarry's that I treasure. Yours is simply lovely.
I'd not heard of Fancy Nancy-she sounds like my kinda gal. I'll have to look for her next time I'm at Target.
Oh that precious gift from your dear husband. It's beautiful and what a lot of money that was then.
Happy Pink Saturday to you~

Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and commenting.

So Fancy Nancy - I have 1 grandson, one on the way, and a boy dog! No Fancy Nancy's.

So did you make Fancy Nancy a matching dress - my mom did that for me and Chatty Cathy.

By the way - another talented lady - that dress was beautiful!
