HAPPY PINK SATURDAY EVERYONE!

Happy Pink Saturday everyone. Today I'm sharing a hand painted Inarco Egg cup from Japan. It has the label still on it and was in my hutch. I had totally forgotten about it until I was thinking about Pinks for todays post. It is numbered and in wonderful condition. I don't know how old it is but I have had it for about 15 years plus and it came from an antique mall. It is free from all chips and cracks, I may end up putting it in my Etsy shop as it is in much need of stocking before I can even begin to stock Heartful Creations. I have more treasures than I have space to display so unless it has been in the family for generations, it is time to thin out! It may look lovely displaying one of my filigree eggs designed just for it, umm I'll have to think on it. Don't forget to check out all the other Pink participants over at Beverly's at How Sweet the Sound and thank her for hosting this party every Saturday all year long. She is the best. Pinky Hugs to all you pink lovers out there, have a great weekend!

Happy Pink Saturday, Marilou.

I love your pretty egg cup. My mother once had a similar one, but I don't know what happened to it.

I know exactly what you mean about needing to thin out. I look around and wonder what I am going to do with all this "stuff".

Hi Marilou: Your egg is lovely. You sound like me. It is time to thin out. I just have so much trouble doing it. I think about where it came from or how beautiful it is then I keep it. I am bad, but getting better. I just discovered you live in Long Beach. There are a lot of scrapbook shops down my way. Of course the Anaheim thing is happening next month. I would love to see your scrapbook pages! Blessings dear friend. Martha

Hi Marilou, It's beautiful! Don't sell yet! Save it for Easter display. I know it's hard to keep everything and we need to purge sometimes but it's hard...huh? HPS xoxo

I'm a day late for Pink Saturday, but the painting on your egg cup is so pretty I'd have trouble parting with it. I know what you mean about clearing out. When the weather gets better, I'll be going through the house and the attic and doing a major purge! I'm actually rather excited since I'll be getting rid of some of the junk piling up, plus I'll have more space for new things I really want now.

How adorable!! I'm so glad I stopped by. I've been so busy this weekend I didn't have time to get a post together for PS. I'm starting a new art class tomorrow and I had to get a birthday card made for my father in law.....LOL! Sometimes life just gets so busy, doesn't it.
Hugs, LisaKay
