Getting Ready for Fall and Blogging in Pink!

Getting ready for Fall and blogging in Pink for October. Linking up with Beverly of How Sweet the Sound today! Don't forget to visit all the other Pink loving bloggers and join all the fun as we get ready for Fall. I hope you enjoy the Vintage hankies from my hankie collection and a few more came this week (the 2nd two) that were part of a swap from sweet Kelly of Dreaming of Vintage for me to use in my art projects. Hankies work great in altered books, they are a nice size! Thanks Kelly, I love everything! Please go visit dear Cindy of Whimsical Musings too,  she is in need of good thoughts and prayers for her DH. Have a fun filled and creative weekend!

Hi Marilou Sweetie...
Oh how beautiful are these hankies. I love the one that looks like it has forget me knots on it. So pretty and how appropriate, pink for PINK Saturday.

I am so thrilled that you loved Miss Minnie. She is going to add such fun and laughter to the room. I am working on a Halloween costume for her. I couldn't believe how wonderful her condition was either.

Have a glorious weekend sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

Your hankies in pink are very pretty. I have a large stack of vintage ones. Some even belonged to my mother.

I love sweet vintage hankies. I once found a wreath made with vintage hankies. It was gorgeous! I use damaged ones as pockets on my little pillowcase dresses. Happy Pink Saturday Marilou. Yes, I saw that name Beverly on the guitar and told our Beverly about it. HPS xoxo

Hi Marilou,

It's so nice to visit with you. I've been off my blog more than on it this past month.

I collect the hankies too. They are so delicate and pretty.

I finished my Quilties for the swap at Sandie's blog. I really had fun making them. It's the first ones I've ever made. Since I like small-ish creations these little treasures are going to become a favorite.

Have a Sparkly Day,
Steph ♥

Hi Marilou,
Oh my gosh, those are gorgeous! I love hankies too! I have to ask my mom if she has the ones she used to keep in a miniature cedar chest when I was little.

Thank you so much for letting people know about what's going on...You are so sweet, my friend! The surgery will be Friday. I'm getting nervous!
Love,
Cindy
